Club Magazines

The quality of publications published by the Maserati clubs around the world never ceases to amaze and impress me. All clubs publish a regular newsletter containing details of forthcoming events and 'newsy' items of interest to the members. The larger clubs also publish (usually quarterly) a magazine with a mix of reviews, technical articles and research. Despite memberships often in the low hundreds with consequent strains on budgets, full colour magazines on high quality paper are the norm and the best of them would be no disgrace to the smartest coffee table.

That the editors and contributors are, with the exception of Rivista and VCM, all "amateurs" and "part-timers" could not be guessed from the thoroughly professional nature of their work.

Friendly 'competition' between the editors sees their quality heading ever upward. I would not dream of attempting to review their work (other than to say how immensely I enjoy each and every issue of every publication). I congratulate them all on their fine work and commend them to you.
